Canadian Goodwill Industries

I intend to create a detailed plan for Canadian Goodwill to assist them in conquering the problem regarding the overload of staff unable to find further employment due to the social barriers in place. Furthermore, I plan to connect with several organizations in the process to gain knowledge of their structures and potentially establish a connection that may help the process of granting individuals better employment. This guide will aid them in connecting with various organizations and for receiving funding through a variety of resources in the future. The guide will consist of a detailed training program with the necessary skills to be acquired by the individuals, a progressive program that will layout the advancements of the trainees through the program and establish connections that will offer employment trainees once they have completed the necessary steps at Canadian Goodwill.
