CityFlats Development Internship

The project I am undertaking will consist of researching, marketing, and implementing a virtual leasing platform for a student housing project in Kingston, ON. The onset of COVID-19 has radically changed the student housing industry, and CityFlats Investments will require a rapid retooling in order to remain competitive in a dynamic marketplace. I will be using social media marketing, marketing analytic tools, virtual reality tours, and many other potential technologies in order to increase the attractiveness of the offering. I will be also responsible for determining rental rates based upon the market and demand at the time.
