‘CycloProteins’: Production of mycoprotein in a circular bioprocess

We’re revolutionizing the future of food by producing sustainable, mushroom-based protein. Traditional protein sources are resource-intensive and less eco-friendly. Our innovation lies in utilizing agricultural waste as feedstock to cultivate high-quality mycoprotein, essentially turning waste into a value-added product. Utilizing cutting-edge bioreactor designs and process optimization techniques, we aim to make this production scalable and cost-effective. In collaboration with Maia Farms, a leader in mushroom-based foods, we aim to commercialize this technology, offering consumers a delicious, cost-effective, and eco- friendly alternative to conventional meat products.
