Zamancwane Mahlanza is a PhD student at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa under Professor Oluwafemi Adebo’s main supervision. Zamancwane’s research focuses on the development of conventional nutritious instant and 3D food products from traditional and novel processed foods (finger millet, edible insects and wild edible plants).
