Development of standard operating procedures related to Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Marketing/Client Administration

Founded by industry experts with combined experience of 40+years, S3 Technical is focused on creating innovative products designed for efficiency and accuracy. S3 Technical’s products are used extensively in Oil & Gas Processing, Pulp & Paper processing, and Civil Mechanical systems. S3 Technical is a growing organization within the Alberta market that, in order to scale operations and continue to be a sustainably focused organization, requires innovations and enhancements to current business operations, including in the areas of Accounting, Marketing and Human Resource Management. The challenges with being at this stage of organizational development is having in-house access to skills and competencies in these three areas. As a growing organization, S3 Technical will need to create standard operating procedures to ensure business efficiencies now and through its continued growth. In a small business, capacity is limited to take on this critical work, particularly in tough economic times, while maintaining day-to-day operations without bringing on assistance in the form of a qualified interns in the areas of Accounting, Human Resources and Marketing through NAIT.
