Enhancing 5G-based telemedicine solution: cloud migration and EMR integration for secure remote healthcare

This project will enhance an innovative telemedicine system that enables clinicians to monitor and consult with patients remotely. The system goes beyond video calls by transmitting real-time medical data from point-of-care devices. The project will focus on ensuring that personal health information is managed and stored within Canada and that the system is compatible with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in hospitals and clinics. These upgrades will help the partner organization offer a secure, privacy-compliant telemedicine product tailored to the Canadian healthcare market, strengthening their position in the digital health sector.
