Enhancing Energy Solutions: Empowering Partnerships and Innovations – ON-834

The Partner organization, TROES, is an established leader in the energy storage sector serving renewable and microgrid battery energy storage solutions within the commercial, industrial, and institutional fields. Over the past few years, the company has seen rapid growth and built a portfolio of over 30 projects globally. Building on this momentum, TROES is now launching this innovation project to:
• Fortify TROES’ partnerships model and process, including building strategic channel partnerships to expand market reach within and beyond Canada
• Extend TROES’ business model by building ‘microgrid-as-a-service’ (MaaS) as a new revenue stream; MaaS has seen massive growth over the past few years and TROES has a unique advantage of expanding into this sector by evolving its existing microgrid-in-a-box offering
• Other related strategic priorities, e.g.: estimate and plan the investment of a US
