Enhancing Wellbeing Insights: Integrating Passive Data and Advanced Psychometric Models in Mobile Health Applications

The proposed project aims to enhance UpBeing’s social wellness app by refining its wellbeing measurement model to include new check-in items and passive data sources, such as data from wearable devices and calendars. This project will improve the app’s accuracy in measuring users’ mental wellbeing and provide more comprehensive and actionable insights. The expected benefit to UpBeing is a more robust and reliable model that can better support users in improving their mental health, leading to higher user satisfaction and engagement.
