ERP System Rollout and Optimization at Mekapisk Enviroblu

This project will support the final implementation phase of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system at Mekapisk EnviroBlu Inc, a growing Indigenous-owned company based in Newfoundland and Labrador. Building on earlier research and development efforts, this phase will focus on optimizing system workflows and enabling future integrations such as EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), which will help automate transactions with major clients and partners. The project will improve internal coordination between sales, inventory, procurement, and finance, ensuring more accurate data and smoother business operations. The expected benefit is improved scalability, better resource management, and stronger digital infrastructure to support the company’s expansion and long-term competitiveness.
