Evaluation of a National Employment Readiness Program (part 2)

This research project will examine the impacts of the Worktopia program and aim to develop strategies to continue to improve the program. The Worktopia program is a training program designed to improve the employment readiness and skills of young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The program is provided through 12 service provider agencies across Canada and is led by the Sinneave Family Foundation and Autism Speaks Canada. Through various data collection strategies, this project with identify the impacts of the program as well as suggested means to improve the program. This will contribute to building a stronger program and ultimately enrich the lives of youth and adults with ASD.
