FFUN Group Human Resources Internship

In these times with reduced staff count, FFUN Group needs “A Players.” They cannot continue to hire people to fill a hole, we need to be sure they have the right skill set and the right values for the company. I am going to re-evaluate and change how FFUN Group recruits and fills vacancies in order be successful in these new times. This process requires research into best practices and development/rolling out tools, and processes. Provide direction and a clear process to follow, and training for new and existing managers. I will help source high quality applicants that will help make the company as great as it can be, and avoid hiring those that are not a fit.
