From Data to Decisions: Developing a Prototype Dashboard for Real-Time Business Analytics

This project aims to enhance the decision-making processes at Select People Solutions by upgrading their data reporting capabilities. Specifically, we plan to integrate data with Microsoft Power BI dashboards. By doing so, we will create dynamic dashboards that display important business metrics in real-time. These dashboards will help the company’s management quickly understand current trends and make more informed decisions. The expected benefit for Select People Solutions is a more efficient and accurate analysis of their operations, leading to improved business outcomes and strategic planning.
