Halifax Memory Maps Project 2023
The Halifax Memory Maps Project creates large scale digital maps of Halifax, Nova Scotia, for the purpose of exploring and better managing built heritage assets. Halifax, as one of Canada’s oldest cities, has one of the most extensive and significant collections of old buildings in the country. However, no inventory of these buildings exists. The Halifax Memory Maps Project fills this gap and creates a digital tool for citizens and planners to explore and manage this important cultural resource.
