Housing in Spence

Looking into vacant buildings in the Spence Neighbourhood in Winnipeg’s West End. I will be updating their record of vacant buildings in the neighbourhood, developing survey questions for owners of vacant buildings, and working with the City of Winnipeg to analyze by-law enforcement and emergency vehicle responses. This will help the organization work to reduce the number of vacant buildings in Spence and further the discourse on vacant buildings in the field of Urban Planning and Inner-City studies
