A scientific problem (theoretical or applied) that the research solves. The proposed research topic is a continuation of scientific research on private law in Ukraine. It is focused on the formation of a holistic concept of temporal regulation of private law relations from the point of view of the institutional way of establishing private law. According to such conceptual ideas, based on the essence of the institutional mechanisms of Ukraine, a large number of issues related to the establishment of private law relations will be analyzed, the legislative regularities of legal regulation and objective differences will be outlined, taking into account their essence and the legal purpose of their application.
As you know, the process of changes in the system of private law is still ongoing in Ukraine. Under such conditions, the proposed research topic is relevant, it will reflect the dynamics of real-time changes in the development of Ukraine in the conditions of war and further steps of the state to preserve private law relations.
