Integrating AI and Control Features into Web and Mobile Applications for Enhanced Workflow Management in Educational Consultancy

In partnership with WIMTACH-CEDA, this research project investigates strategic enhancements to Dhiyati Inc.’s digital platform, aimed at advancing workforce readiness and bridging the skills gap for Canadian students. Focused on optimizing user engagement and data flow, this project explores the integration of advanced semi-associate admin features, group management tools, and seamless communication integrations, including Google Sheets and WhatsApp. These additions will provide greater flexibility in managing student groups, facilitating real-time collaboration, and streamlining data sharing across the platform.
A key aspect of this research is to examine the effectiveness of a dynamic admin panel, enhanced workforce management tools, and AI-driven chatbots, assessing their impact on Dhiyati’s operational functionality and user experience. By implementing these features, the project aims to improve platform scalability, increase interactive capabilities, and better align digital services with labor market demands, strengthening Dhiyati’s role as a connector between students and in-demand career opportunities.
These proposed enhancements are anticipated to expand Dhiyati’s ability to support students in acquiring relevant skills, thus contributing to Canada’s broader workforce development goals. This project not only provides insights into technology-driven approaches to career readiness but also addresses the evolving requirements of workforce development within the educational technology sector. The outcomes will offer a valuable model for other institutions focused on career-focused education, highlighting the role of integrated digital platforms in meeting market needs and fostering student employability.
