The City of Winnipeg is concerned to support the workplace experiences of employees from equity-seeking groups. This research will survey employees and convene focus groups to facilitate employees to reflect on and discuss how diverse backgrounds and experiences can be recognized and promoted as assets within the City workforce. Employees will be engaged in exercises allowing them to prioritize capacitation and integration in the workplace, and resources will be developed for continuing education.
