International Criminal Court and gender-based violence

The project will analyze the genesis and stages of development of GBV-related crimes` international legal regulation. The intern will consider the legal regulation of GBV-related crimes as well as analyze ICC cases involving GBV-related issues. The main objective is to outline key problems in gender-related ICC practice and to propose possible solutions in order to effectively deliver justice in gender-based violence-related cases.
