My project’s goal is to create an efficient application that would demonstrate the prediction of the survival and mortality risks of a certain patient generated by a deep learning algorithm, and provide doctors with all the relevant data surrounding this prediction. I am going to work on the ways to implement this application into doctors’ workflow, therefore helping them to identify and examine factors that affect possible outcomes of liver transplant surgery. Eventually, this project will greatly benefit all future research around organ transplantation surgeries, deepen human knowledge about organ transplants and prolong the lives of organ transplant recipients.
