Marketing and Brand Strategy Intern

Mploy is a technology firm that provides mobile solutions for the hospitality industry to recruit workers faster, cheaper and easier than using traditional static job boards.

In this project, the Intern is supposed to:
Drive the launch of our new solution focused on COVID-19 contact-less recruiting
– Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals
– Develop and maintain digital marketing campaigns to build the sales funnel
– Track and measure outcomes of campaigns to assess effectiveness, sales, retention, and ROI with the objective of achieving channel optimization
– Create an app engagement model using cohort analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
– Create messaging content for both digital and printed marketing materials including website content.
– Research market to identify new opportunities in other regions or verticals
– Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and marketing plans
– Ensure brand alignment to increase overall brand awareness and word of mouth.
– Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations
