MBA – Inside sales Intern – NTWIST

NTWIST currently has a few AI based products that can help industrial clients to enhance process stability, profitability, and trouble shooting capabilities. It has also designed tools that can carry out scenario analysis & act as a training tool for operators, technical staff, and management.
NTWIST is looking to market the existing products to new customers and also design new products based on the needs of other customers.
The key deliverables of this project are: –
• Identify AI/NTWIST opportunity/use case
• Develop a Unique Value Proposition
• Quantify value delivered through UVP to a single customer
• Size the market
• Characterize the market (segmentation, concentration, competitive landscape)
• Establish market trends (technological, societal, economic, regulatory)
• Prioritize target customers
• Understand customer problem
• Understand customer revenue and cost structure
• Quantify cost of the problem to a customer
• Develop a customer-specific pricing strategy
• Develop customer-specific sales and marketing strategy (Go to market strategy)
• Develop a validated learning framework (continuous updation of sales strategy based on lessons learned)
