MCAF Organization Resource Management System and IT Accelerator Program

The project proposal involves integrating a Resource Management System (MORMS) and delivering digital literacy programs at the Multicultural Association of Fredericton Inc. (MCAF). This system, built using Odoo ERP, aims to streamline operations and improve service efficiency for MCAF, which provides essential services to a diverse community of newcomers and settled immigrants. By addressing challenges like resource allocation and service delivery efficiency, the project will significantly enhance MCAF’s operational capabilities. The expected benefits to MCAF include more effective management of client services and resources, enabling them to better support the integration and inclusion of newcomers in the community. The integration of technology and improvement of digital literacy among clients will also empower them to navigate digital platforms more independently, enhancing their participation in society.
