Modélisation de mutations mendéliennes de RIPK1 par prime editing

Le projet étudiera par une modélisation par prime-editing dans une lignée marcophagique des anomalies génétiques d’une protéine régulant la destinée cellulaire entre réponse inflammatoire et mort cellulaire. La compréhension des mécanismes régulant ces deux phénomènes antagonistes devrait permettre le développement de thérapies ciblées dans les domaines de la cancérologie et de l’inflammation.
