The proposed project is about developing and implementing AI-powered hiring tools for a partner organization. These tools will help the organization streamline its recruitment process by automatically filtering resumes and identifying top candidates. This will save time and resources for the organization while ensuring that they hire the best candidates for the job. The expected benefit for the partner organization is helping to educate entrepreneurs and founders on more efficient and effective hiring process, leading to better hiring decisions and ultimately, improved business outcomes.
