Online Data Streaming and Analytics Dashboard Development for Active Clay Analyzer

There are increasing demands from the mining industry for automated measurement of key process parameters so the operators can have more control of the process and rapid reaction to the change of conditions such as feed properties. SRC is developing an automated and online measurement platform which can detect and quantify active clays, water hardness and pH for industrial slurries and process water. The data can be collected for process control purpose to improve efficiency and reduce cost. The online data streaming and analytics dashboard to be developed by the U of S intern will add capabilities to the automated and online measurement platform by connecting the measurement platform which could be installed on a remote location to a process control centre.
