Ontology mapping Symptoms to ICD10

The mapping symptoms from natural language to ICD 10 codes is crucial step in the health. Facilitating early identification of emerging health issues, monitoring of population health and agile response to changing clinical practices. Enabling accurate access to relevant information, reducing costly duplications and errors.
For us it will be so necessary to classify the symptoms into their diseases. This task is so challenging in the health field so we will develop a contextual ontology to improve the accuracy and handle the weakness.
