Organizational Efficiency and Digital Transformation Initiative for Energy Storage Industry

By addressing organizational efficiency, digital marketing, and operational activities, TROES can overcome significant challenges in the energy storage industry, such as market competition, technological advancements, and customer acquisition and retention. This project aims to foster a more efficient and cohesive organization within TROES by enhancing cross-functional communication, optimizing HR and administrative operations, and identifying opportunities for grants and subsidies. Simultaneously, it will elevate TROES’s digital marketing strategies to enhance the promotion of its energy storage solutions by increasing digital adoption, boosting brand awareness, and improving customer engagement. Additionally, the project will improve the management of vendor, supplier, and contractor lists and enhance CRM operations to align with TROES’s expansion strategy, ultimately streamlining processes and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
