Oyate Tipi Boutique Marketing Plan

I will oversee their new online store called the OT Boutique. My tasks will include creating a marketing plan for their new online store. The plan must be simple and sustainable so that once my internship is over, the staff will have no problem continuing it. I will also be in charge of deciding how the items should be priced, under the help and guidance of Rosalie Harms. This will include a lot of secondary research so that I can better understand the external competitive environment. The success of the project will eventually mean that the organization will be able to help more women, children and other people leaving homelessness or abusive situations. Moreover, funds raised through the OT Boutique will help cover non-funded expenses and potentially cover some employee salaries in the future. Alex Beasse envisions the OT Boutique to be sustainable enough so that the organization doesn’t have to fully rely on public funding which can be very unpredictable at times.
