PayTickr Scheduling Module

PayTickr is a mobile time tracking and payroll system for small businesses. This project’s focus is adding an AI-assisted scheduling module to the system, allowing small business owners to schedule their employees quickly and efficiently each week. Employees will be able to access and view their schedule through a mobile app as well as requesting days off and availabilities. Company admins will set the schedules based on employee availability and over time the system will begin recommending schedules using AI/machine-learning based on past history to ease the administrative burden. The intern will be working with graphic designers on the implementation of the user-interface for these tools, but will be primarily responsible for the implementation of the AI component and backend implementation of the scheduling module.
