Based in Kjipuktuk (Halifax, Nova Scotia), Prismatic has been bringing audiences vibrant, boundary-pushing new works in theatre, dance, music, film, visual arts, media arts, and spoken word since 2008. In this internship, the intern will develop and implement innovative, improved approaches to the organization’s post-festival and festival planning operations in order to expand Prismatic’s audience base and widen its scope of impact across sectors. The innovations will take place in the following areas: marketing and communications, public and private funding acquisition, archival systems, and advocacy.
