Product Development to Scale Low Carbon Business Intelligence

Acuicy Inc. is a growth-stage startup based in Halifax. The organization is an innovative business intelligence platform that provides tailored, data-driven insights, helping managers identify and deploy their company’s most capital-efficient clean technology solutions. Acuicy leverages the power of business intelligence, climate science, and economics to provide effective decarbonization strategies and delivers custom business cases with ROI calculated for various strategies. Initial work has been led by the Co-Founders to identify the market gap and need for this type of platform, define the product, and outline the business plan. This project will help the Co-Founders address our core challenge at this growth stage, which is the need to move quickly into customer discovery
over the next three months, in order to further iterate the MVP into a beta version as we move towards market launch in early 2024. This project will help us to pilot software and adjust and validate our assumptions in the MVP version of the software with real-world insights from target customers. Successfully completing the objectives of this project will allow us to move on to the next stage of business development and attract the initial seed funding that we need to grow.
