Program Management project with NTwist

The project involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the various processes for effective project delivery ultimately contributing to offering the services and products to clients in a more professional manner and helping solve business problems in the process. The project also helps in better understanding of AI in the context of industrial automation. The project also aims at incorporating project management best practices in the partner organization and help it align and utilize its own resources and business processes in the best way possible.
