Robosafety

Robosafety is an emergent start-up committed to transforming safety engineering in autonomous systems like self-driving cars and AI-driven robots. The project’s core objective is to simplify and improve the safety assurance process, markedly reducing the time and effort involved in validating safety compliance. The overarching goal is to foster the deployment of safe, reliable autonomous systems that adhere to global safety norms, thereby promoting broader acceptance. Robosafety, with its rich industrial experience, addresses key challenges in safety assurance by integrating advanced safety engineering methods and mitigating technical debt, offering innovative solutions. As an IT firm, Robosafety will develop a comprehensive safety engineering application to support the automotive and manufacturing industries in sustaining safety throughout the product lifecycle. The project will explore Robosafety’s model as a software-as-a-service platform, providing customizable access to a suite of safety tools, expertise, and resources. This flexibility allows users to adjust their subscription plans based on their specific requirements. The university project will delve into how Robosafety’s tools streamline the safety assurance process, enabling more effective development and deployment of autonomous systems, and placing heightened emphasis on user safety across the product lifecycle.
