HGS is a leading company in technology and digital marketing specializing in providing comprehensive solutions across various sectors, focusing on artificial intelligence, automation, cloud services, cybersecurity, and data analytics. Their services are designed to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement through advanced technologies. They offer content moderation, online reputation management, social media monitoring, and engagement services, ensuring a strong online presence for businesses. Additionally, HGS partners with agencies to drive collaborative digital marketing efforts, leveraging their expertise in managing and optimizing digital interactions and customer experiences.

Two major internal processes are being done within HGS including dealing with responses regarding Request for Proposal (RFP) and collecting appropriate dynamic information from GGP SharePoint. Regarding the RFP responses, the process at HGS is currently highly manual and time-consuming. Team members must search and access information from multiple sources, such as the HGS Proposal Warehouse, various SharePoint sites, and dynamic data sources like DaVinci. This fragmented approach leads to inefficiencies, inconsistencies in data, and delays in preparing RFP responses. The lack of a centralized system to manage and retrieve relevant information hampers the team’s ability to quickly and accurately respond to client inquiries, resulting in potential missed opportunities and sub-optimal client engagement.

In terms of GGP SharePoint, the Business Development team at HGS currently faces significant challenges in navigating the GGP SharePoint site to collect the necessary information for creating new PowerPoint presentations. This process is highly manual, time-consuming, and tedious, leading to inefficiencies in the team’s workflow. The repetitive nature of this task also increases the risk of errors and inconsistencies, which can impact the quality and effectiveness of the presentations.
