Smash and Tess Dreamwear Inc.

Smash and Tess Dreamwear Inc., known for disrupting the fashion industry with their chic and sustainable “everywear” clothing, is at a pivotal point in their digital growth. As they continue to lead the #romperrevolution, the organization must address the challenge of scaling their digital presence to maintain relevance in an ever-evolving and competitive marketplace. The core problem revolves around optimizing their digital marketing strategy to effectively target both existing and new customer segments while staying true to their brand’s commitment to sustainability and comfort. This involves enhancing digital channels, such as paid media, email marketing, and social media, to drive greater traffic and customer engagement.
Currently, Smash and Tess excels in creating a community-driven brand, but the focus now is on innovation—developing cutting-edge, data-driven marketing campaigns that go beyond their current day-to-day efforts. They need to build sophisticated lead-generation strategies, refine email flows, and continuously test new marketing approaches. This project is essential for pushing the organization beyond incremental improvements, helping them break into new markets and elevate their marketing efforts to a global scale.
The expertise required to solve these challenges includes a strong understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Shopify, along with proficiency in social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Additionally, creative expertise in content creation, email marketing best practices, copywriting, and graphic design will be vital for the success of this project. The intern’s role will be crucial in providing the company with fresh insights and supporting the implementation of innovative marketing strategies, enabling Smash and Tess to maintain their leadership in the sustainable fashion industry while expanding their digital footprint.
