Solidarity-based infrastructure to streamline community housing development

Brique par brique seeks to build a set of accessible digital tools that enable diverse participation from community organizations and the local community members they work with, regardless of their digital competence. The project will involve designing, developing and optimising a set of tools that can streamline data management and communications for
individual organizations within the community and make it easier to share information and resources between them, their partners, and their supporters. Based on local knowledge, research, and an analysis of the organisation’s successful community bond campaign, the project seeks to improve local organizational capacity, while supporting effective
engagement of a broader network of allies and supporters, in order to significantly accelerate the acquisition of buildings and the development of residential projects that directly meet the needs of low-income residents.
