SOTI SNAP – Fully Automated App to PDF Generation Utility

Businesses today struggle with manual operations such as paper-based processes and copying and pasting information from one system to another. These manual operations are costing companies hours of unnecessary labour, which trickles down to customers that are expecting on demand services. SOTI has developed a software product called SOTI SNAP that allows anyone to create an app with no programming or technical knowledge required. One challenge faced by customers is a lack in being able to generate an invoice as a PDF document that contains the data collected by a SOTI SNAP application and send it to a printer. The goal of this project is to design and prototype the complete user experience to allow SNAP developers to create and manage PDF templates and allow them to autogenerate the code to select and populate templates with SNAP data via SOTI’s proprietary WYSIWYG application development environment.
