Spiridon Technologies BSI Internship

Spiridon Technologies is a technology-focused acquisition vehicle acquiring and consolidating North American technology companies in the IoT and AI space. The impact of COVID-19 has created the opportunity to serve new markets as they are created, and expand operations in existing markets. In response, Spiridon is looking to both organic and inorganic growth opportunities to capitalize on the changing industry landscape. Throughout this project, our intern will conduct strategic and financial analysis as well as due diligence on acquisition targets. Additionally, our intern will work with our finance team to find opportunities for process improvement.
