Standard Operating Procedures for HR and Marketing/Client Acquisition/Retention

David Schultz started Window Washing Warriors in early 2016 however it stayed relatively small until 2018 when David attended college to learn how to more effectively run a business. The business grew from 62 to 269 customers in the following 4 years. Last year David realize he had to standardize his policies procedures and processes in order to continue to grow. Since then Window Washing Warriors has incorporated, hired an accountant and lawyer as well as introduced a customer relationship management software system. Window Washing Warriors needs to ensure quality and safety while the business continues to grow and the way to do that is to create a set of policies, procedures, and processes to outline proper internal actions as well as techniques when on the job site. It also needs to standardize its marketing strategy to understand why the business marketing strategies work and how to capitalize on its brand strengths. However, David lacks the time and experience to develop these systems effectively. Window Washing Warriors would like to hire a business student as an intern who will be able to focus on these two areas starting May 1 through August 31, 2022.
