Strategic Business Analyst

Covid-19 has brought mental health concerns to the forefront. The basic human need for connection has been explicitly recognized through this pandemic. Additionally, the impact of isolation and loneliness have received mainstream media attention and a recent study released in Dec 2020 states that Canadians’ mental health is eroding as the pandemic continues. As an organization offering mental health counselling, there is significant opportunity for growth and for the support of those around us. Our Founder is often caught up in the “doing” of the work; this results in future planning and strategy falling to the sidelines. The business is reactive instead of consciously proactive. An intern is important to our organization’s future success as that person would be dedicated to establishing a strategic plan for the next 3-5 years. This plan would allow the organization to have a clear road map for sustainable growth by clearly outlining the objectives of the company.
