Student Intern

Liberty Mutual Canada is seeking an intern to consult and lead a project to assess current state of EDII and help identify best practices and available resources to improve EDII efforts. This position will report to the head of the Liberty Mutual Canada D&I Committee and SVP, Chief Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and work closely with other departments, including HR, underwriting and operations. Specifically, the intern position will be assigned with analyzing the current state of EDII within Liberty Mutual Canada, assess any root causes of deficiencies and recommend solutions. This will include assistance in establishing measurable goals/ objectives and reporting metrics to measure and analyze outcomes as they related to EDII. In addition, this will require will involve internal and external benchmarking towards recommending best practices or a specific defined course of action.
