Student

The proposed project will involve reviewing the current processes involved in recruitment and selection at the organization. The objective would be to find out what knowledge, traits and experiences the right candidates should have, and how the organization can go about recruiting, hiring and motivating them. The recent move to remote work has presented s2h with some challenges with regards to managing the performance of employees; the project would entail providing employees with the best resources and support so that they can excel at their roles. This would benefit the student because it would provide her with hands-on experience in executing HR activities such as doing a job analysis and conducting interviews. Furthermore, the student would develop her critical thinking skills in the process of formulating solutions for unique challenges presented by the current covid-19 situation to s2h. The organization would benefit from the knowledge and expertise of the student and academic supervisor in the field of human resources and will be able to better manager its employees, ultimately leading to better performance.
