Supply Chain & Industrial Cluster Analysis for a particular metallurgy industry in the lower columbia region

CoVID-19 has impacted the businesses in the region at multiple dimensions. The mandate of the project is to research and analyze the impact on the supply chain. There are many small focused businesses in the region and most of them don’t have a dedicated R&D section for understanding the market dynamics. The purpose of this project under the supervision of LCIC will be to fill that void for the existing and thriving businesses. This study will make an integral contribution to the Metal Tech Alley’s initiative of making an industrial circular economy in the region with a focus to reduce waste and promote recycle. Metal Tech Alley is an initiative led by LCIC in collaboration with metallurgy companies in the region
