Supply Chain MRP Analyst

The current health events have greatly disrupted the supply chain. It is now becoming key for the growth of our company to schedule procurement and production accurately. We plan on implementing an MRP system and put in place Lean manufacturing principles to survive the pandemic.

Anticipated Project Activities

• Audit the company’s needs for material and labour management.
• Create a part numbering system
• Populate the MRP system.
• Set the shop for best inventory management practices.
• Test basic features like work order creation, inventory control, cost
analysis, …
• Write instruction manuals for different departments: Purchasing,
Production, Engineering, inventory.
