SVP Strategic Finance

We are an acquisition business that has business, medical, and operations data in over 20+ systems. Internally we have a project ongoing to bring everything into a data lake. This BSI project is to take that data and build dashboards and insights to help us operate our company better and improve the patient experience at our clinics. Key deliverables are building reporting dashboards in Power BI to enable various departments to keep a pulse on the platform’s performance and recommend analysis to drive insights into business decisions and patient care.
