The objective of this project is to investigate policy challenges identified by Munk’s Ukrainian partners and identify innovative solutions based on consultation with Munk and KSE faculty, extant research, and available evidence. 6 KSE-Munk students will prepare 10-page policy briefs addressing these challenges. Students will present their briefs at a student conference in April 2025. The best policy briefs will be chosen for presentation before both Canadian and Ukrainian senior government officials in May.
