Utilizing Soybean Yellow Mottle Mosaic Virus as a Genetic Manipulation Tool for Genome Analysis in Fabaceae Plants

The research aims to identify key viral proteins through comprehensive genome analysis of plant viruses including soybean viruses, and to engineer virus vectors capable of modulating host gene expression. Specifically, the study will focus on developing a technology for targeted delivery of the CRISPR/Cas system into soybean cells with enhanced efficiency.
