Vers une supply chain urbaine data-driven: prévisions, dépenses et contrats
le projet développe des modèles prédictifs pour anticiper la demande future, permettant ainsi de stabiliser la planification et de réduire les achats d’urgence coûteux. Simultanément, une analyse rigoureuse des flux financiers identifiera les opportunités d’optimisation budgétaire et évaluera la performance de l’écosystème de fournisseurs. L’originalité du projet réside dans la conception d’un modèle capable de prédire le glissement de produits du statut « sous contrat » vers le « maverick buying » (achats hors contrat), offrant ainsi à la ville une capacité d’intervention proactive. À terme, ce projet renforcera la prise de décision stratégique, garantissant une utilisation optimale des deniers publics et une agilité accrue de l’administration municipale.
