Warehouse Automation with novel computer vision algorithms

In partnership with Antek Logistics Inc, the project will investigate how computer vision algorithms can help automate day-to-day operations in a warehouse. Novel algorithms will be developed to automatically identify and
count pallets and containers within the warehouse for inventory tracking. We will also develop algorithms to detect damage severity on incoming pallets. The project is expected to significantly enhance the capacity of
storage/delivery of goods by the partner. The proposed technical solutions will contribute to the knowledge and technical solutions of the burgeoning warehouse industry across Canada.
