Through programs addressing housing, childcare, employment, and violence prevention, we are dedicated to the well-being of women and families. With a rich history and a commitment to inclusivity and advocacy, the YWCA Metro Vancouver stands as a trusted ally in fostering a more equitable and compassionate society. As an equity-seeking organization, the YWCA Metro Vancouver values its diverse workplace and is committed to fostering a community of inclusion and belonging. Increasing representation within our organization’s workforce composition is a priority and we have taken significant and meaningful steps towards achieving this goal. The Volunteer Services Intern would be responsible for working within the Human Resources Department, reporting to the Volunteer Services Coordinator to re-evaluate the existing volunteer structure within the YWCA and to help build a more solid foundation for volunteers within the YWCA.
